I wish to retract my report on Big Duck Canvas. I have been contacted by on of the owners, who although I am certain was very upset with me continued maintain a profession and courteous attitude with me throughout our conversation. It seems there was a problem between the data processing co. and Big Duck Canvas because of the guest status checkout I used. I have discussed the reasons that caused me to react negatively and have been assured they will be remedied. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of our conversation and would now highly recomend this company to others in need of these products.
