On October 16th 2009 I made an order from the mentioned company for curtains. The money was deducted from my checking account in the amount of$122.87 on October 21st 2009. I have tried several times to call their sevice customer number only to receive a recording to email them. Never a person to speak to. They advertise that they are never back-ordered on any of their products that they sell and that they ship within 24 hrs. I emailed them to be told that they oversold that item and that the new shipment was suppossed to have been shipped a month ago. I think that They have no intention of sending my product.
