The installation of those screens lasted less than a year and no one takes responsibility. They keep saying that it’s my clients fault. In their word it was suppose to be under a Lifetime warranty. But now they want charge us $125 for the inspection. Very bad job! Very unsatisfied and disappointed!

Eclipse does take responsibility .. . .

When contacted by the designer on behalf of her client regarding a problem with the screen, she stated that the screen was not operating properly.  In an effort to save her client a service call of $125.00 we asked if the screen was clear of debris and sprayed with a silicone spray as stated in our maintenance/warranty literature.  In a show of good faith we suggested that if this had not been done to please do so because more often than not this rectifies the problem.  The designer was told that if one of our technicians were to come and preform said maintenance, there would be a $125.00 service fee.  We asked that she confirm with her client that these maintenance procedures had been followed.  She stated she was unaware of any maintenance procedure and had not received a copy of the warranty.  Eclipse Screens informed her that we did indeed have a copy of the warranty/maintenance  acceptance  page which she had signed on behalf of her client.  She then abruptly and quite unprofessionally hung up the phone.

Eclipse Screens firmly stands behind its product and service practices. We do offer a Lifetime warranty (excluding labor) on all parts, with the exception of the screen mesh.
