EZBlinds.com happens to be at the same address as the now defunct Blinds Galore in San Diego. I ordered blinds a month ago. When I called to check on status, I was on hold several times for more than 30 minutes, person I spoke to had no answers, promised to call back and never did. When I called the manufacturer of the blinds directly, they indicated that they had no customer named EZBlinds.com. Blinds Galore is one of their customers, but when they tried to call, the lines were disconnected. This is a scam that will soon reopen under another name. Beware! Beware! Beware!

EZBlinds.com credit promised, but not delivered

I thought I had resolved my issue with EZblinds.com becasue they indicated they would give me a credit on my credit card for the full amount. However, after more than 1 month, they have given me no credit and now they are, once again, impossible to contact.
