My name is Lance.

I puchased a house full of shutter from Bo (around $3000) from them.. They installed them unflush to my walls and the casing they sit in are also not flush.. Very cheap quality...I was told not to worry about the ones they left out that they would add them to an order.. They had to wait for someone else to order shutters.. Also not to worry about the repair that they'd fix them when they installed my other shutters.. I gave them the measurements on the ones they left out again.. Told me I'd get an email to confirm my order.. Never got an email.. They dodged my phone calls.. I left many messages.. I' ve been more than patient and understanding..They have given me the run around for about  6 months. I finally got an email however not the one I was told I'd get.. Can you believe that after months of this B.S. they send me an email telling me they won't be able to get my shutters.. WOW, Not a phone call!!! Still the same dodging they are good at..

Then I call them to ask them to please come and at least fix the ones they installed.. Bo stated what am I talking about? I said you've been emailing me last week about them.. He said that was'nt me.. Oh maybe it was my brother Dereck.. I said it does'nt matter to me who it was, I need the work done that I've already paid for.. He said we won't do anything else for you.. I told him I'd be do a lot of complaints so no one else will hopefully have to go through this lack of respect they have for thier customers after they have thier money..

Be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They don't warranty their work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
