Larson Door Doesn't Stand by its Warranty Brookings South Dakota

In 2002, Larson replaced the bad door we bought in 1999, though not covering the labor for the numerous repairs. That new door started failing again within a couple of years, and recently accelerated to the point where it needs to be replaced. Yes, second door within ten years. Rotted out in several places, handle falling off, not latching properly.

I spent ab out 40 minutes filling out the online warranty from only to be told That the warranty was void because we had painted the door to match the house.

This prohibition was not only not on the packaging, but neither we nor our contractor were made aware of it.

I will be buying from some other manufacturer now, and if I ever need another storm door in the future.
