The Shutter Factory Custom Shutters International - William Wallace Inc. Took downpayment and have not recieved the shutters Allen, Texas

Huge Scam!  On the 24th of August, I placed an order for shutters for my master bedroom from the same people who installed the shutters in the rest of my home (company our builder, Darling Homes, used).  The contract says 45 days.  Towards the end of October I began calling to find out about the shutters.  Always goes straight to their voicemail.  They would call back and leave me a message saying they were returning my call.....never an update on the shutters

At the first of November, Bill called back and made an appointment to come by the house to check to make sure they had the correct paint color for the shutters.  As he was leaving, he told me the shutters should be ready to install by the next Thursday. I started calling a couple times a week after that and then after Thanksgiving, started calling every day.  WHEN they return my call, it is "Stacy" and she leaves a message saying that she is returning my call....never anything on my shutters.

Today, we went to the address on our order form.  It is a place similiar to the UPS Stores where you can mail things.  They have no record of the Custom Shutters International or William Wallce.

We are in the process of disputing the credit card charge for the 1/2 down - though we probably will not have much luck.
