My mother and stepfather recently put a $2,000 deposit on window installation for their condominium in Clearwater, Florida. One week later they received a letter in the mail stating the company is out of business in the Tampa area.

Windows Solution Inc. still operates in Fort Lauderdale at 610 NW 7th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, phone number (954) 759-9100. I went in person to

Windows Solutions, Inc in Fort Lauderdale, aka Broward Glass, to address the issue. They have advised me that they have no affiliation with the store in Tampa. However, they have been receiving numerous calls from the Tampa area clients, whom of which, had the same thing happen to them. The office in Broward had given me the name of the owner in Tampa, Ms. Paula Altare at 3764 Darston St, Palm Harbor, FL 727 423-5924. When Ms. Altare was contacted by my parents, she "passed the buck" and claims she has no affiliation with those that took my parents' money. This company advertises that they are the same company and I have included their web advertisement as proof. They are refusing to take
responsibility and will not assist my parents in anyway. Apparently, they have done this to many people in the Tampa-Clearwater area, as indicated by the police officer that took my mother's report, and may be doing it to unsuspecting
victims in Fort Lauderdale. Please investigate this case and help my parents get their $2,000 back or to.
