We have been providing Janitorial Services for World Wide Windows
in Woodland Hills for 2 months and did not receive a dime. They do, however, acknowledge that they are extremely late in payment and that they are so "embarrassed". Yet, we have to remind them daily that they still haven't paid a penny - we're tired of this and sent them a final notice with a due date - surprise, still no payment so after having warned them numerous times, we'll take them to court. We hope that
worldwide-windows treat their customers better than their vendors, but
then again, why should they, right?
We've tried to contact Dory Caro (managing their showroom in Woodland
Hills) numerous times - I guess she got tired of telling us that
headquarters is not paying us for no obvious reasons ("internal issues
with accounting" per Dory and Louis or Luis or whatever his name is) so
they don't pick up the phone anymore or return our calls and emails.
They don't respond to emails, phone calls, fax or even
certified/registered mail. We are now forced to take them to court in
order to get our money - they just opened up their showroom in Woodland
Hills in June and already getting a lawsuit.
To this date we haven't received payment... I would not do business
with them, not reliable and not trustworthy. They claim they are happy
with our job and with us putting extra effort and going the extra mile
- but we did not get paid.
Sorry, Worldwide Windows - you guys can't be trusted. We'll see you in court.
