Same story as nearly everyone else beginning in August 09. Ryan and Kenny fed us the same excuses and stories that we are now hearing about from other victims. Our Monterey supposedly sold and we were told that funds were deposited several times. Long story short still no money or whereabouts of the boat. The last we heard from Ryan was that he was not at fault and his lawyers would handle it, from the other stories on here I'm sure he's giving his lawyers plenty of business. Now with our claim to the attorney general and several local news stations he'll have a little more to worry about. Not to mention the fraudulent cashiers check to the bank. Do not give them business, buying, selling or service.
