I very stupidly gave my card no when asked for identification, having been told that it was needed to confirm that i was the correct person for this prize holiday. it became apparent that the holiday was not free and i told the caller (angela) that I did not wish to continue so was passed to customer services whom i told that no one should deduct any money from my account, but they have taken £303.37 from account, which expressly told them not to.

This has left me in financial trouble, I have tried contacting them by phone and email but cannot get thro.
