We received a voucher through Fairfield Communities in Fairfield
Bay, Arkansas, for a free cruise. We mailed in the voucher plus
$144.00 for taxes.Our daughter also received one and we paid for
that as well.

A year has passed and no response from the company,
Consolidated Travel. We have not received our cruises or a refund. The company has also disconnected their phone.

I called The Better Business Bureau in West Palm Beach, Florida, and they stated that this company functions under many names. So, we have lost out on $288.00.
