Rampage Fishing Charters Charged Full amount Months before the date key West, Florida

Owners, Barry and Tamara Spieler of Captin Inn in Mt Dora Fla.Who are now in Key West, Fla as the owners of Rampage Fishing Charters,took a reservation from me and charged the full amount.  The reservation was made 04/11 for one night 12/11. I called and asked why I was charged the full amount and it was because it was holiday. I called Oct 27 to ask a question number was discontected, website gone, and called the chamber of commerece and everything was auction off. I was about to track Tamara down through the internert.  When I did she wanted proof and bank statements were not enough. I called (305) 731-3752 spoke to Tamara and there is always an exuse.When I called Tamara 10/28/11she told me she had been too busy to check the office email and She said filing chapter 13 as of 10/31/11. I have asked her for her attorney's contact information.  There is always a reason she does not have it.  Last time I spoke to her she told me the poice were invovled.  I said oh good and asked for the officer name and contact information.  She then hung up the telephone.  This has been reported to the BBB, FTC, Attorney General office in Florida, Florida department of Consumer Services, and My bank.  As of 12/5/11 Master Card is pressing Fraud charges.
