Bri-Star Marine/620 Targa Marine Group. Chris, Owner This is a consignment lot for boats, I brought my boat there over 2 years ago for sale with a contract to receive $3,000, finally sold it only paid me $900. Austin Texas

Over 2 years ago I placed my boat on this consignement lot in Austin Texas with a contract signed for the receipt of $3,000 dollars once they sold it and they would keep anything they recived over and above that for the boat. After 2 years of nothing I wrote to them to inform them I was coming to get the boat and all of a sudden they had a buyer. I sent them all of the ownership information to transfer the boat to the buyer, they faxed me a copy of the cashier cheques for payment to me.
Once they received the ownership information I had to call several times to get payment and all they sent me was $900 and to this date 5 months later there has still been no restitution for this item.

My name is Bryan Ferguson, I sold a company to my employees in 2006 who changed the name from brystar marine to 620 marine - chris blair wasn't one of them, but somehow took over the company. 620 marine rented property from me - I was chris blair's landlord. Due to a noncompte I started another company in another state - Targa Marine, Chris Blair has never been associated with this company. Furthermore, I will file suit on the author of this report if I can find out who he is.
THE BOAT IN QUESTION WAS LEFT ON BRYSTAR MARINE CONSIGNMENT LOT BY THE OWNER WHO MOVED FROM TX TO NEW YORK WITHOUT LEAVING ANY FORWARDING ADDRESS. WHEN I SOLD THE COMPANY WE CONTACTED THE OWNERS OF THE BOATS THAT REMAINED - WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT THIS OWNER WHO HAD LEFT HIS BOAT ALMOST THREE YEARS BEFORE. CHRIS BLAIR / 620 MARINE SOLD THIS BOAT NOT TARGA MARINE
It was a mistake to ever do business with Chris Blair. In the end he defaulted on his rental agreement and stole over $50,000 in equipment from my facility. He has 13 criminal charges pending and still operates 620 marine. Chris has operated as "Float Your Boat" "620 Marine" "Boaters Bar B Que" and many other names but never as Targa. I have never been associated with Chris Blair except as landlord
TARGA MARINE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS. CHRIS BLAIR HAS NEVER OPERTED AS TARGA MARINE - TARGA MARINE IS NOT CONNECTED WITH THIS IN ANYWAY.
