Clovis Marine, located in Fresno, California will rip you off. Dave Flum, the owner is well known in the boating community up and down the Central Valley of California for his actions.

He took an unsuspecting newbie boat owner and completely ripped them off. When the new owner tried to use their boat after a huge repair the repairs were found to be faulty and sloppy.

When confronted as always the case with Dave Flum, he becomes arrogant and aggressive. Which 
is classic conduct of a scared little man.

Asking around at various shops in the Fresno area always produces the same howling and laughter. DAVE RIPPED OFF YET ANOTHER BOATER who will not ever go back.

Things are about to change. And change fast and Clovis Marine Dave Flum will not like the final outcome.

This is a shop that will rip off a boat owner and will not stand behind their work. As stated above, things are about to get very hairy for Mr. Flum and his business.

Hey when the Park Rangers at the lakes warn folks not to do business with this character you know he is bad. When law enforcement tell other law enforcement to tell everyone to avoid Clovis Marine based solely on his reputation and work production, you know it is bad.

And it is worst.  Do not bother with Clovis Marine unless you want your pocketbook cleaned out, a horrible repair job @ $100 plus an hour, and parts charged 3-5 times the standard rate with other shops, then feel free to take your investment into the Clovis Marine where you will find out what it is like to be raped financially.
