Dear Ripoff Report;
We wanted a boat. We decided to buy a Tracker bass boat from Clovis Marine in Fresno, California. It was by fa one of the most costly mistakes we ever made.
Brenda Flum sold us the boat. Originally the quote online differed from the invoice. The Honda outboard was not what we ordered. But after some discussion we took the boat. The boat never met our needs. The motor was weak at best.
3 trips back to Fresno for warranty work was enough. Brenda's husband is a loud mouth uncouth
piece of work. The employees were jumpy. The whole atmosphere was strange.
We ultimately traded the boat for a ski boat in Sacramento to be rid of the hassle of the Flum's, Clovis Marine.
You want to be lied to? You want a pita situation? You want to waste your money, then do business with Clovis Marine.

We are being victimized by a convicted felon. One person, Mark Johnson, has posted every rip off report. We won the small claims case Mark E. Johnson vs Clovis Marine. The repair work we performed on his boat was perfect and the judge agreed. We counter-sued for slander and won that case as well. It is obvious from the last few postings that Mark is furious with the outcome. It also appears he has become irrational and extremely belligerent in his accusations of Clovis Marine and the owners. Feel free to review the court’s decision and also to review the felony convictions on Mark’s record. I know many of our loyal customers have mentioned that there is a crazy person posting about us. If you are so inclined, please post a rebuttal about your experiences at Clovis Marine.
