Clovis Marine Inc. Dave Flem Horrible reputation--Never return as a customer- Internet

We took our family boat to Clovis Marine for repairs. The bill was way beyond what we were first quoted. When questioning Dave Flem the owner he became angry. Dave also displayed a gun which scared my children who were nearby in the SUV watching.

We later learned that Dave Flem has issues with anger. The boating enthusiast community will tell any unsuspecting boat owner never to do business with Flem.

We paid our bill but will never return.

Our new shop stated that some of the parts we paid for were in fact not even replaced. We were 
cheated by Clovis Marine.

We also learned that we paid twice the going rate for work that could of been repaired for literally half of what we paid.

Yes were are angry.  We are hoping to spread the word on Dave Flem and Clovis Marine.  His reputation is well earned.  We were told about another boat owner who Flem ripped off last year when we had our boat serviced by our new shop.

We work hard for our money and have enjoyed our ski boat completely. We just will not ever let Clovis Marine have a second crack at cheating us again. Our boat is what our family enjoys recreating at the lake.  Even at the docks we have heard horror stories about Clovis Marine from other owners.

We will never return to Clovis Marine to give them a second crack at stealing from us. We support
any action brought against Clovis Marine for recouping monies he has collected without 
backing up their horrible work.
