Clovis Marine Flum's Bad Experience- Poor Customer Service--Rude-Hustler--Mean and Nasty Fresno, California, California

My husband took our family boat on several occasions to Clovis Marine. We encountered the same mistreatment that others have experienced.   Rude owner. Very tense environment where the employees are subjected to verbal harassment.  Worse is our boat was never repaired properly. 

My husband worked double shifts to buy this boat for our family. We spent over $60,000 on our ski boat. It is our pride and joy which our family enjoys  at the lakes. Along with our camper our family is on the lake almost ever weekend.

Our mistake was trusting Clovis Marine.  A very costly and upsetting experience.

I am filing this report based upon our experiences.  Not only was our boat not properly repaired but the work was corrected at half the costs to Clovis Marine by a shop on the coast. Upon confrontation of the repairs Mr. Flum became very rude and defensive. He basically told us to get lost.  

Our new shop in the Fresno area has a long list of customer complaints from prior repairs of Clovis Marine. We are contributing towards a legal action that will be forthcoming against Clovis Marine. My hopes is to recover some of our funds.

Also to prevent Clovis Marine from taking advantage of boat owners as has been a pattern of history with Clovis Marine. We will never go back. And we share with other boaters at the lake and river about our experience.  Many others have shared similar experiences. 

FOOTNOTE: 

As a mother and a wife I can also tell you I had bad vibes about one of Clovis Marines employees  which appears to have been directed towards our children. Also I was always uncomfortable around Mr. Flum.  Call it a mother's intuition but he made me feel very strange along with the employee.
