6 weeks ago, Deer Valley Watersports sold my sand rail for $9500.00. As of today 11/29 I have not been given any funds from the sale of the car.

They will not tell me where my car is or who bought it. I have ask several times, with no response.

The written agreement is a 10% selling fee.  I should of received $8550.00 the day they sold my car (6 weeks ago).  I have ask to see the paperwork that was completed by the new owner and they will not allow me to view it.

I told them 2 weeks ago that I wanted my car back if they cannot find the funds from them selling the car. As of today no response. I still hold the title.

For the past 6 weeks I have heard every excuse possible. 1) Bank has my money on hold. 2) The bank will have your money in 7 days. 3) My wife/kid is sick today I cant go to the bank. 4) I'm with a customer today at the lake. 5) I'm meeting my dad today to get your money. 6) It is the bank fault, not mine.

The owner Ryan Martin was staying in contact with me by cell phone till last week. Now he will not return any phone calls or e-mails.

Per http://www.bbb.org/ they have a grade of an "F". With several complaints over the last 12 months.

Being told so many stories over the last 6 weeks, I don't even know if they sold the car for $9500.00. They could of sold it for much more.

They changed their name from Boat Plex to Deer Valley Watersports. Who knows what they did under the old name or how many people they owe funds to under the old name.

They might be in the process of going from a LLC co. to a Inc. co.  Im still trying to confirm.
