I Purchased jet ski online at FBC Fun Bike Center.  Before payment spoke with sales person “BRE” she guaranty that entire jet ski has been reconditioned like new as well as paint and seats and not faded. Message was left on my phone and saved for proof.  When I received the jet ski it look like it came from the salvaged junk yard. Poor body work and damages everywhere, seats are completely faded and about to crack. The oil was BLACK and the engine compartment has greasy finger prints everywhere. Parts were falling off when I took it for a test drive.  Spoke with manager Melo Gusman and emailed him details.  The manger at FBC Melo Gusman is very uptight he sounds like he hates life. Very difficult to deal with. He is not willing to help resolve issue and have been returning my calls. The purchase price was $6800 and was paid with my AMEX & MASTER Card. Dispute will be filed with credit card companies.

Spoke with the manager at FBC, Melo and he stated that the owners at Fun Bike Center has agreed to issue partial refund once I sign and return all the original DMV documents and update Ripoffreport.com. As of 10/07/09 I am still waiting for my refund check. Once I receive the refund check I will update this report once again.
