BEWARE of this fool!!! he is the biggest scam artist i have ever seen!!!

i advertised my boat for sale.recieved many calls had bill harding call about trading my boat.i told him i wanted to downsize to a smaller boat and he said he had several.so i went to see what he had and found one that worked for me.it was a boat he was refitting.

he told me it would be complete in 4 -6 weeks.after giving him my boat (a 30 foot center concole offshore boat) and everything i had for offshore fishing rods reels gaffs all safety gear even my chum tube lol.

that was in early march and now it is september.6 weeks has now become 6 months.i have numerous trips to his shop (2 1/2 hrs one way) to follow up because after a few calls to him about the progress on the boat he will not answer any calls or emails now. he has made every excuse in the book!!! having trouble getting parts,parts shipped to wrong address,can't keep help (because they got tired of not being payed or payed with hot checks) ect.ect.ect.i told him i was going to seek legal help and he said sorry im sticking to the plan.i told him the plan was to be done in no more than 6 weeks.

one of his employees told me that i would be the 4th person to sue him this summer and that he has no money so i would be wasting my money taking him to court.he advertises on eastern craigslist boats.he no longer ads himself he has someone else do it because people are onto him.also don't fall for the buy here pay here scam.he will take your money and you will never see your boat!!!!
