Rinker Boat Company Product Misrepresentation False Advertising Syracuse Indiana

Purchased a 2007 Rinker 262 Cuddy Cabin on 31-Jul-07 for over 60K. The brochure and the website both show a table that mounts in the Cuddy. There is no mention anywhere that when you select the porta-potty pump-out option, the table is omitted / not available because the tubing is stored where the standard table normally goes. Additionally, the brochure and website state that there are 2 speakers in the Cuddy, and there are not.

**The dealer didn't even know these two things and had to call Rinker as well!!

After Rinker Customer Service responded with 'Sorry you were unaware of this, and the speaker reference is a misprint', I was transferred to Randy Rinker.

Randy stated that they are not responsible for providing the information regarding options (the table), OR misprints (the speakers), and although he claimed to understand my frustration, the most he would do for me is send me 2 speakers. I am responsible for installing them (~$200.00). This is not acceptable. I'm paying for their false advertising??!!

Basically, the Cuddy went from a sleeping, dining, and extra seating area for additional passengers to only a sleeping area. We purchased this boat based on having all THREE features. We would NOT have bought this boat if we knew about this. MOST boats comparable to the boat we purchased have the pump-out AND a table. We would have gone with another make.
