This person Brian Dunn owner of Ct Power Sports and Watercraft took three times to fix a water leak at the cost of $2,000 and never fixed it. The jet ski on the last try upon testing it the engine blow and was then brought to another place and had the water leak fixed and the engine replaced. I have sued him in small claims court for $5000 and he has never even shown up and now 2 years later due to the slow court system I have a subpoena for him and he is out of business with a eviction paper on his business front doors. This guy is a real peace of work. He has 4 small claims cases in CT  and 5 ripoffreports. How can we not have a law when company's F us and others to shut them down, fast? What is to stop this guy from creating another LLC and doing this all over?
