I was in an accident and as a result, the other parties Insurance Company contacted me ( it was the other parties liability) and suggested Classic Collision. I want to say first that when this company was recommended to me.... I did research them, and saw unfavorable comments on this website and choose to ignore them.... it would be to your benefit  Not to Ignore Mine.

You can Save yourself alot of stress . I wish I had paid attention to what was written by a previous complainant.

Following the Insurance Company's recommendation, I took my vehicle into the Chamblee location. The Insurance Company is onsite there, and were very professional. They expedited my claim, got me in a rental, I was thinking, WOW! Nothing could go wrong.


1. Watch out for the use of a Green Pen on your Car. Classic goes over the car with a Green pen and makes sure to identify all previous marks on the car. They ask that you sign a sheet indicating that you agree with these marks. I did... Thats not the problem, that's fair business... but be sure YOU photograph every detail.... record it if possible ( BRing your own camera)

2. Let me start by saying that the damage to my car was the rear bumper, the Ins. Company does an excellent job photographing the bumper and e-mailed me steps my car made throughout the process   Except one..........

When I received my car back and arrived home, I noticed that the top of my car had several back and forth scratches across it. I am tall, and I drive an older model Lexus, I stand over my car. I immediately called Collision.... the person I met with. Keith looked on and stated that there was no problem, it was SUN DAMAGE! Yeah right I thought, So why is there now a difference in the texture ( the car felt rough on top, in tow particular areas, and there was a lingering green pen color in addition to SEVERAL BACK & FORTH SCRATCHES!

The next day I called back and spoke with the Insurance Company ( Geico) . The representative asked that I come back in ... he was nice listened to my complaint. then he went and got who I now know is Roland ( I believe the owner of the company). Roland came out IMMEDIATELY DEFENSIVE! Why defensive if there is no PROBLEM!

I explain my position, and Roland states that the Green Pen color that is still on the roof of the car can easily come off, I ask than why it was still on, and in additon, why there was traces of cotton on the car like a rubbing compound may have been used. He asked to take my car to his garage to work on it.... Of course I said no, I asked he bring it out and remove it. He brings a cloth out, and true to his word, it is removed. Immediately, I tell him.... my mistake or error..... but still I question where the SCRATCHES came from and how they were made. He states that it is SUN DAMAGE... and in his 22 YEARS of Experience, he stands behind this statement.
I have had TWO OTHER COLLISION SPECIALIST LOOK AT THE CAR SINCE AND BOTH DETERMINED THAT A COMPOUND HAD TO BE USED AND THIS IS NOT SUN DAMAGE!

So please remember to bring a camera / video recorder if you choose to do business with this company. I mean seriously...... This guy is so unprofessional in his tone, his mannerism, and his lies.

Let me validate myself.... I am in the business of working with and for small businesses, I am a  Graduate student;  a year away from completion of a PhD in Pastoral Counseling, and I am an active member of my church, as well as a visible active community person... I am not one willing to sacrifice my name or credibility for a small financial gain.... i.e. the cost involved in repairing the damage they caused.

I simply wanted to be treated fairly. I wanted acknowledgement of wrongdoing, and I wanted my property returned to me as given to them. Afterall.... the roof of the car  NEVER should have been touched, my car was hit in the BUMPER!

This guy REFUSED TO DO THE WORK, OR ADMIT ANY WRONGDOING!  I  do HOPE you adhere to what I  am writing, and the Insurance Company ( Geico) although you are quite professional .... I would question doing business with anyone with such poor discipline for Professionalism when dealing with the Public.

So NOW I The CONSUMER AM SUPPOSE TO BEAR THE WEIGHT FINANCIALLY TO CORRECT THIS GUYS COMPANY MISTAKE ?
