Colortek Collision & Customs They ruined me brand new car attempting to fix a 1/4 inch nick on the front bumper. The first time my car was delivered to me there were "scuff" marks all along the front bumper where they had pulled Linden, North Carolina

Worst experience I have ever had.  They say their service is guaranteed for a reason, it needs to be because you won't be pleased with their "so called" work the first, second or third time you pick up your car.  They ruined me brand new car attempting to fix a 1/4 inch nick on the front bumper.  The first time my car was delivered to me there were "scuff" marks all along the front bumper where they had pulled it out to fix the chip.  I pointed them out (they were blatantly obvious) and they rubbed some wax on them to get them to go away.  Later that day I noticed the driver side of my car (the side the work was done on) looked rough in the light.  I ran my hand down the side to reveal a rough overspray all the way down my entire driver side of the vehicle.  I was charged for a mask, which was obviously not used.  I took the car back and explained the overspray problem and the owner said "it's not going to be perfect, you're expecting too much."  I never asked for any part of my brand new car to be touch except for the front driver side portion of the car.  The owner said he would remove the overspray... He wet sanded my car, and didn't buff out the swirl marks left by his wet sanding and ensured I picked up my car in the evening when I wouldn't be able to see the new swirl marks down the entire driver side of my car.  When I informed him of his poor work he again stated I was expecting too much.  Now my brand new 2009 xb has swirl marks down the entire driver side because of a 1/4 inch nick, all thanks to Colortek Collision.  No one else will touch my car now because of what Colortek did to my car.  I would not wish my worst enemy to bring their business to these incompetent frauds.
