I took my truck to Maaco for an insurance claim to get it painted. They said it would be done the friday after I took it in to get it done. Two and a half weeks later they called and said it was done. It wasn't. The paint job was terrible and the inside of the door wasn't done. Two days later they finished the doors and I went to pick it up the radio was stolen. They said they couldn't do anything about it.

I am filing criminal charges and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will not stop untill theese wrongs have ben righted. Ill take those bastards to court if i have to. They need to repaint my truck right if it takes a thousand times. they will also have to replace the radio. Theese cheating stealing SOB's should be shut down.

business must return your personal property

From what I understand there is the term "bailment". Basically this means the person or business must return your personal property in the same or better condition. This should apply to the stereo theft since the vehicle was in their possession at the time of the loss.

Most Auto Paint & Body Shops do not paint the door jams or inside of doors unless you ask for this to be done and will cost you extra to do so anyway. Even if you are having insurance work done.
