Joel and Roz Grant of Palmetto Collision Center are poor business people and there word is good for nothing. This is not slander because I am speaking from first hand knowledge and will not stray from the truth once!!!!!!!!

Last year my truck was rear ended as it sat parked on a local street.

I took it around to all the local shops and one stood out to me because the owner poor mouth me and said quote "I ain't getting any business so I can't even pay my bills much less my employees." This made me feel bad and instead of listening to my insurance co. I went with this con man.

When I dropped the truck off they told me that they were going to make it look good as new. That was crap.

I came up one day during my lunch and his little boy he had working in the shop was buffing my truck with a Dewalt Rotary and some kind of generic 3M
junk. I asked him how many time he had used it because my truck is black. he replied with a '' I'm a PRO MAN....YOUR GONNA LOVE THE WAY YOUR TRUCK LOOKS!" Long story short they tell me to come pick it up after closing and at the time I could'nt figure out why. A few days later my wife pulls up beside me in our other car and calls me on the cell phone. She tells me to pull over and look my truck. When I got out my truck was covered in hologram buffer marks. Thats why they got me to pick it up after the sun was down because you can't pick up the marks without sunlight.

I called and asked for a solution and Joel proceeded to cuss me out so I said I was going to sue and he changed his tune. I dropped off the truck so he could fix it. Instead he get a local detail guy to try and fix it and then it was worse. So when my wife asked him what he was going to do about it he started cussing and yelling saying quote "you motherf%#&ers are crazy your piece of sh%* truck was f%*ked up when you brought it here!" Thats when I reminded him my truck was brand new and he better watched how he talked to me. Then his dispaportioned wife began filming us with her cell phone as he went into a rant while calling the police. When the police arrived they made him give me my keys and told me to deal with it in court. Keep in mind that while this man is doing this my 7year old daughter and 9 year old son are standing and watching and so was there kids. They were laughing I guess they see this kind of poor class all the time. Well they never fixed my truck and it would have cost me more to take it to court than it would of been worth. This is the story you decide who was wrong.
