Bobby, owner of Prestige Autobody and Paint –

You have not provided the services agreed upon (painting body kit, removing scratches, interior/exterior detailing). A diagram of the areas to be worked on was provided for you in person.

Deep scratches that were supposed to be fixed (then said to be unfixable the second time I brought the car in) were ‘touched up' with a color which does not match the car.

My car has more scratches than before you ‘worked' on it (mirror, red scratches and scrapes).

The body kit was not sanded or primed prior to painting – paint is flaking off in copious amounts.

The areas on the bodykit which face the ground (35% of the area supposed to be painted) were not painted at all.

The bodykit was not removed for painting and the grill on the front bumper was not covered when painting was taking place – the negative image of the bodykit and the grill are painted onto the car and the grill is silver like the car instead of plain metal.

Gummy residue and tape were left on my headlights.

‘Service' was originally stated to take 2-3 days, but ended up taking more than two weeks with multiple visits to your shop.

After threats and epithets delivered by you and your brother, I no longer want to have personal or phone contact, nor do I want to let you try and ‘fix' my car again. I have been inconvenienced enough and do not want to pay for any more rental cars or have any downtime due to not having access to my own transportation.
