SIMONIZE USA/FIX IT I ordered their product from hearing the tv ad. They gave me misinformation on the cost. I put in a dispute, returned the items on time and still had to pay $$51.11 for absolutely nothing. NEW BERLIN Wisconsin

I am writing the same letter that I wrote to the company, as follows:

I want to inform you people that I am writing to the Better Business Bureau about your tv scam regarding the Mr. Fixit Kit.

According to the tv ad, I thought this was a very inexpensive item to buy and you advertise, "buy one, get one free.

When I received my American Express Bill it was for $81.65. When I disputed this amount, I was given credit of $43.41 after I had returned the whole box with everything in it. It cost me another $12.57 to mail it back and another fee of $38.54. The total amount cost me $51.11 for absolutely nothing.

I think this is totally outrageous and I'll never even listen to that man who screams into the tv for several other ads. I change the channel everytime I hear his voice.

You people shoud be ashamed of yourselves for the scams you pull on tv.
