1st Books - Author House ripoff They charged me 489 dollars to do my book in E-form for the internet they just took my money Bloomington Indiana

I started over a year ago to have my book formatted for the internet. I sent them a copy of my already published book for a refference. they ignored it. I had to edit their mistakes and practly re-write the entire book. They assured me that the book would be ready in April in time for the InterNational expo and that I would have new books printed for me which I could sell as well as post my book on the web. it did not happen, I still have no books from them. I asked for my money back as they have done nothing. they not only refused but totally ignored me. I have reported them to the U.S. postal service , the Attorney General of Indiana, the better business bureau, to no avali. I would not expose any author to the nonsense that this company put me through.
