Bottom Line Books "THIS IS YOUR BILL" Invoice mailed to me for a book I did not order or receive. Des Moines, Iowa

Today, I received an envelope with a return address of Bottom Line Books, PO Box 11014, Des Moines, IA  50336-1014.  I almost threw it in the trash believing it to be an advertisement to buy books; however, I decided to open it because I had paid for a book for seniors from a company called "Rainbow Publishers" about a month ago and had not received it.  I thought it may be an affiliate company.  When I opened the envelope, I was surprised to read, "THIS IS YOUR BILL" with an amount due of $47.94 as a total balance, or you may pay amount due now....$31.96.  The name of the book stated that I supposedly ordered is "TREASURY OF HEALTH SECRETS NE".  I had not ordered any such book, nor had I ever ordered any books from this company.  The statement goes on to say,  "I hope you've been enjoying Treasury of Health Secrets, the book you ordered recently from Bottom Line Books"  "This bill is for your first and second installments.  We have not received payment for your first installment yet."

I have never received any book or books from this company and have never heard of this company before.  I have written a letter to this company as there is no telephone number or web site.  I will you update "Ripoff Report" if and when I receive a reply.  I soon may be writing another complaint regarding the company I did order from, "Rainbow Publishers", as I have paid for the book nearly a month ago and have not received the book yet.  I am curious if there is any connection.  Will keep you informed of any progress.
