Circulation II Inc. D/b/a Services Limited Plus ripoff, dishonest fraudlent billing Rock Island Illinois

I would like to take notice and warn any other person that is approached by wandering traveling sales people asked to buy magazines through the company name Circulation II Inc. These people are running a fraudulant and scaming company to the consumers, and i was a victim of it along with many other people.

Through intensive and time consuming research i found that they have a law suit against them since 2002. Being that i bought my magazine subscription in July of 2004 and it being Jan. of 2005 i am sure i am another person who has been scamed by these con-artists. Thier reciept states 120 day wait of arrival for my 24 count magazine subscription,(thats 4 months) it is now the seventh month, and i haven't recieved any magazines or an update from them.

This company ethier goes by another alias or is doing buisness with or as Services Unlimited Plus so watch for this organization as well..Circulation II Inc. address is 1830 Second Avenue, Suite 100 Rock Island, Illinois 6201 for whoever is caught up in the same predictament as myself.You may get response from this address rather than the P.O. box which i read no one ever did, not to mention thier website is also phony.

I hope my voice is heard and some kind of action is done to rid the world of such unjust and vulgar criminal activity such as this. Im just a college student barely getting by and can't afford to take hits like this to my pocket book. The magazines were a gift for my friend on duty in Iraq at the moment. I hope the people of this cold hearted organization are happy with themselves.
