Family Readers Club Did not receive magazines that I was paying for Norfolk, New York

I was so excited about getting a array of magazines.  All was going well until I moved.  I changed my address with FRC.  I stopped receiving my magazine but I did not stop receiving my bill.  I called and spoke to several people several times and never got this problem taken care of.  I spoke to Harold Zylber who was in charge and he assured me it would be taken care of and it wasn't.  I reported this company to the BBB and they said they could not do anything about the problem.  I called Mr. Zylber and told him I had filed a report and he said once it was reported to the BBB that the account would be canceled.  Of course it wasn't After about six months I disputed my charges on my credit card and stopped paying for magazines I wasn't receiving.  After six month I am not hearing from them again.  Them wanting their money that they did not earn.  It ended up my word against theirs and there was no way I could prove that I had not been receiving my magazines so   I ended up paying $300.00 to get out of my contract.

I spoke to a man Ryan who was so rude, he accused me of lying  and being dishonest, I just hung up on him.  I tried several times to call different departments in this company and the message boards were always filled up.  I would not suggest this company to anyone.  This was the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
