HEARTLAND INC They scamed me in to getting a subscribtion with them, tried to cancel but they said i cant, i am a college student, so i called one day to tell them i cant pay for the bill so they stoped calling me urbandale, Iowa

Hi my name is Anna. About 3 years a ago when i first stared college i got my self in to a magazine scam with Magazine service of america, i tried to cancel and they said i cant about a year latter i got laid off from my job and told them i cant afford to pay the bill, they stoped calling me and stoped sending me letter. But then a year latter I got a call from some attorney guy saying i owe a thousand something and if i dont pay i will be sent to court. told the guy that i only had 6oo dollars and he said that was ok. I stop getting calls from them but then out of no where i get this letter from Benjamin Michale and Associates saying i owe 358.95 and if i dont pay i will get sent to court. I called them and they made a monthly deal of 2o dollars a month with me. But then i have been seeing all these things about scams with heartland inc and Magazine services of America and i want to know what i can do about this, or if there is some i can talk to. Especially when i see a lot of comments about not having to pay them and that noting will happen. Is that true??
