Same thing here. I was able to get the number to some other company that was going to charge me. United something. And I cancelled that quick, but for the costumer service to the International Reading I wasn't able to get, it was too fast. I did agree to the terms, BUT I specifically asked, "will my card be charged today" that lady said no, it'll start when the subscription starts. I check my account and they took the money out right away. It was going to be 63, but I wouldn't agree to pay that much so the lady gave me like a "family" discount. So it was 39.31.

I looked them up on the BBB, and they are not accredited, but they did have a number, you can try calling, I did and they said that it's not that company that is dealing with the magazines and stuff. Even though it says is on the BBB website.

I called the bank, but since the charge is still pending they couldn't give me the phone number to the place. So I have to call back, and she said if I still can't get ahold of the IRS (ironic huh) I might just have to cancel my debit card and get another one.
