James Fulkerson OK marketing said they were selling magazines but they were just cashing our check gothenburg, Nebraska

Bought 3 years of magazine subscriptions in August 2009 for the price of $119.00. December 2009 rolls around and still no magazines. Called Ok marketing's number on my receipt, which I still have, and was told that my account with them was one under James Fulkerson and that he was no longer in contract with the company and that I had to write a letter to him demanding refund. The customer service rep told me to wait 5 to 10 business days and then contact the bbb or proper authorities. I'm in Arkansas and I have to deal with this problem when he's apparently in Nebraska? The only other info the customer service rep told me was that I was the 3rd person to call with this issue.
