Magazine Solutions. Masking as a magazine company i used, when there actually signing you up for a new one. Lakewood, Colorado

I was contacted by budget readers service and i fell hook line and sinker for the Magazine deal i was getting. Little did I know they had been chargeing me more than I had agreed to. 49.95! I didn't descover this untill last week when my BF got the bank statement. And saw a charge on the 5th for 49.95 then another on the 10th! So how did this happen? {REWIND} one month ago I was contacted by a woman who had ALL my account info from BUDGET READERS she even said that was who she was with!..I mean how could she not be. She did have my Visa account # she even knew what magazines I had. I didn't have to tell her anything. I just had to conferm it….so I did.

4 weeks later we see the charges on the bank statement. So I call the bank because I cant call budget readers.The bank tells me its 2 companys “Magazine Solutions” And budget readers!?!?!?? They told me that the reason that person who called me had to be from the same company to have all that privite info and that it is very likely that the company just keeps changing there name. Ok here is the really frustrating part. I think i need a lawyer! To fix this.
