I would like to report an act of fraud and theft by a sales representative named April Hosenfrate representing Readers Across America located in Denver Colorado occurring in the Bay Area of Northern California on July 21st, 2006.

On that date $59.00 in cash was taken by April and a receipt issued for two magazines ordered by our 21 year old son. To date (January 25th, 2007) no product has been received and the company has refused responding to our calls and letters.

A letter from our attorney to Readers Across America has also gone unanswered prompting our contacting the DA's office in California and Denver to coordinate an effort to resolve this.

sir i am terribly sorry to hear that. i was an employee at the time and i know the person you are speaking of. she is my family. the company is possibly in the process of a suit. i have been looking it up. but once again sir i am terribly sorry about everything.
