Hello ladies and gentleman, let me begin by apologizing on the behalf of my creative partner Sharat Camacho and myself David LE, for the wreckless behavior (thats quiete understandable giving their prior experience with the mentioned magazine) thats quite obvious in the writing.In fact it's quite embarassing having to participate in this he said she said non-sense.

Once again I'm being forced to come participate in these ridiculous accusations entitled "Sharat Camacho is a liar." On our recent rebuttals we simply stated the truth regarding the first report"s accusations. One more time, Sharat Camacho did freelance photography/graphic design for the Enthusiast, Sushibar has no affiliation whatsoever with the Enthusiast magazine.There you have it in plain English for the second time. It's quite apparent that these facts did not register clearly by "Reba", as they chose to respond with adoloscent "name calling" amongst other terrible things.

At this point it's pretty clear that this individual is willing to do anything possible to slander our names, and that's totally understandable. He or she seems to believe the are accurate in their accusations. They can write, report, draw pictures, strategize, even direct a short film perhaps with actual actors doing the "enactment" of Sharat and I, but the SIMPLE fact will remain that Sharat was not a partner with the Enthusiast and Sushibar has no affiliation with the Enthusiast magazine. The truth is the truth, and it's unfortunate this individual feels they need to say horrible things about us, to justify their bad experience. Why don't you take some legal action with the magazine your upset with? People all over the world sometimes work with employers who practice unhealthy habits, does that mean each one of these employees practice the same? I don't think so.

In conclusion, how can I excuse myself from something I'm not part of? Why would you ask upset clients of the Enthusiast magazine to contact my restaurant? As ridiculous as this picture is about to be painted, I'll elaborate with a ridiculous example. If I go out and buy an automobile from a dealership that has mechanical issues, do I go back to the dealership and resolve the matter with whom I've done business, or do I go harass the marketing department over at Jack in the Box simply because an ex-employee of the dealership now works for Jack in the Box?

I am Damon Gibson, owner and publisher of The Enthusiast magazine. While Sharat Camacho and I have had our differences, and I do not even know David Le, the slander posted here is believed to be the work of a mentally unstable woman named Chelle Yarbrough, who contracted to do work for my magazine over a year ago and has carried on this campaign of slander against me and just about everyone who has been associated with my magazine.

Ms. Yarbrough has made these posts using various fictional identities, and is apparently upset about my not paying her for work she never did, and for writing work she submitted to my magazine that was of the level of a 10 year old.

What is scary about her is that she is somehow involved with the Seaside Charter School on Padre Island, and is exposed to children on a daily basis.

I have openly welcomed her to sue to me in a court of law where all of her grievences, and my case can be heard. Instead she has chosen to slander me, Sharat, Mr. Le, and Sushi Bar -- none of which are affiliated with me in any way whatsoever.

It should be stated that Sharat, to the best of my knowledge, has never been a drug user and only did very good work for me, for which he was paid well. I do not even know Mr. Le and I have eaten in his restaurant once when it opened.

My business partner and I have decided to pursue a lawsuit against Mr. Yarbrough, who is in serious need of a mental evaluation. Mr. Camacho and Mr. Le are honest, hardworking business people as far as I know, and really have nothing to do with this.

This claim of video tapes, etc., are ridiculous and I consider this web site quite irresponsible to allow the posting of such slanderous fiction.
