Bottom Line Books Ignored note Des Moines Iowa

This letter is in response to my note on the statement with the 15.00 check that your bank, Bank of America processed on January 27, 2009. The statement stub stated if I disagreed with the billing to write a brief note. I disagreed and Bottom Line Books ignored my note. Bottom Line Books cashed my check which was marked paid in full after the account number 543574651 but did not respond to my note. A similar complaint was filled online at (((link redacted))) today and a copy of this letter will be sent to www.ripoffreports.com.

To repeat what was on the ignored statement stub mailed with the $15.00 check Bottom Line Books cashed. The Treasury of Health Secrets Books was ordered in late November, early December 2008. Based on the Infomercials and online information I thought this book might help me with health issues I cannot afford to see a doctor about. I was and am unemployed. The Book was of no help and misplaced during Christmas. I apologize for the delay in returning the book. Please accept $15.00 as payment in full and close my account. I was very disappointed with the Treasury of Health Secrets book.

When I located the book in January 2009 and had a few dollars to mail it back I did so with a signature confirmation receipt. Per the US Post Office web site,
(((link redacted))), the book was delivered at 2:30 AM on January 29, 2009 in BOULDER, CO 80322 to KABLE . The item was signed for by V H. The book was returned to Bottom Line/HEALTH, P.O. Box 53408, Boulder, CO 80322-3408.

Please close account XXXXX as paid in full. I will not buy anything from this company in the future. Please do not ignore this letter.
