I ORDERED SEVERAL BOOK FROM DOUBLE DAY. I RECEIVED MY FIRST TWO ORDERS AND THEN DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MORE OF THE BOOKS I ORDERED. I WAS STILL BILLED FOR THESE BOOKS EVEN AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS . AFTER RECEIVING A LETTER FROM DOUBLE DAY THREATENING TO REPORT ME TO THE CREDIT BUREAU (WHICH FINALLY INCLUDED A PHONE NUMBER) I CALLED AND DEMANDED THAT THESE BOOKS BE TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT. THEY FINALLY DID BUT THEN TURNED ARROUND AN SHIPPED ME THREE MORE BOOKS AT A RIDICULIOUS PRICE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THOSE BOOKS EITHER. I CALLED ONCE AGAIN AND ASKED THAT DOUBLE DAY CANCEL MY SUBSCRITION BECAUSE THEY HAD COMPLETELY NEGATED THE PURCHASING AGREEMENT AND WAS TOLD RUDELLY THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL UNTIL I MET MY PURCHASING REQUIRMENT (WHICH I DID MONTHS AGO). BUT AFTER TRYING TO LOG ON TO MY ACCOUNT FOR A PURCHASING HISTORY TO PROVE THAT I HAD MET MY PURCHASING REQUIREMENT, I WAS TOLD THAT DOUBLE DAY'S SYSTEM WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION. SO I AM STUCK UNABLE TO ACCESS THE INFROMATION; WITH MORE CHARGES FOR BOOKS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. EVEN WITH A PHONE NUMBER I CAN NOT SPEAK TO ANY ONE BUT RUDE, UNHELPFUL, CSR AND SUPERVISIORS. I WILL BE ADVISING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL AS RANDOM HOUSE WHICH I BELIEVE IS OVER DOUBLE DAY.
