KGLA Publications Who's Who KGLA broke his promise and took my money along the way Ripoff Canton Georgia

Our middle school student was nominated to be pictured in the book Who's who. We were so excited! My family and friends sent their orders right away. This was in May 2006.
KGLA cashed our checks, but we did not received our books.In October we received a letter with a lame excuse for the delay.
In early December I called KGLA. There was a recording message stating "books for 2005-2006 were shipped 4 weeks ago". I decided to wait a little bit longer.
Yesterday I called other parents to find out if they had received their books, but the answer was no.
THis morning I called KGLA publications and the same recording message still playing: "books for 2005-2006 were shipped 4 weeks ago"
KGLA publishing is fake! They took my money, please don't let them take yours!
And if KGLA challenges my complaint, they can send me my book and I will apologyze.

All books for the 2005-2006 year have been shipped. If you do not have your book as of today please provide us with the following information so we can investigate why your book has not been received:
• Name of Student
• Current Address
• Daytime phone number
• Student ID # (if you have it)
We will look into this and mail you a new book immediately. We have had a lot of problems with the books being delivered by the USPS so they are now being shipped through FedEx. We are working very hard to resolve this issue. We have had some books returned back to us due to insufficient address information and some were damaged by the post office and sent back to us. We apologize for this inconvenience,we assure you we will have a book in your hands very soon but if we don't know who you are we can't send you a book! You do NOT have to pay to be listed in Who's Who Among Outstanding Middle School Students. Ask the kids who got scholarships from us last year! They paid NOTHING! People like to cause trouble and create drama. That is ashame!! We are doing a good thing here! Is that so hard for people to believe? Call us!! 770.345.8400
