A1 Books Absolute Rip-off! They stole my money! Netcong New Jersey

I ordered a textbook from this company, A1 Books, on the 5th of september. They didnt even process it until the 10th of september. They told me it would take 4 to 14 days, 21 at max. Well today is the 14th day, and I am not waiting 21 days, that is absolutely rediculous!

I attempted to contact them on several occaisions through email, and they just kep sending me the same link back to my order details! All I was asking was for the shipping provider so I coud get in touch with them and they refused to actually answer- just sent me computer automated responses! And when I tried to call they made me leave a message which they responded to with the same automated email!

They did give me the track my order feature, but this is completely unhelpful because they do it through their own site so you still dont know who the shipper is. My book has been sitting in Delanco, NJ for OVER 10 days! Delanco is literally 30 mins away from where I live! This is completely unacceptable! It also says that my package was sent fron NEtcong to the Poconos and back to Netcong, where it currently sits.

I am so frustrated with the poor communication and customer service provided by this company! They essentially stole $113 from me! So a few days ago I contacted the Better Business Bureau about this company and they just got back to me this morning and they said that they couldnt get through to the company and all mail that was sent to them was returned and marked "undeliverable". This is the worst experience I have ever had in terms of buying a book!

And on top of everything amazon.com wont help me until the 29th! Ugh Im so beyond frustrated! This morning I finally broke down and bought another book from a different company! NEVER EVER EVER buy from this company! biggest rip off EVER!
