I ordered a text book online from eCampus.com.  It hadn't arrived after two weeks, so I inquired about the order.  Turns out the order was "rejected" for an unknown reason by the actual seller of the book, which apparently was not eCampus afterall but one of their contractors.  No notice was ever sent that the book order was rejected.  eCampus says too bad.  Now I must buy the book at the university bookstore which is yet another ripoff!
