A young man come to my door selling magazines for college.  He claims that for every magazine he sells he gets points.

The points he said are for winning a trip overseas.  Whoever collected the most points would win the contest.  Plus he said it also helped him in public relations. Being able to talk to alot of people.

Well I purchased a magazine for $43.00 by check.  The check has been cashed but no magazine.  That was back on May 23, 2009.  It is now Oct. 8, 2009.  Still nothing.

Something needs to be done.  Because last week I had another young man selling magazines for the same reason but different company.  I did not buy any from him and told him why. 

I don't know if anything can be done but I would like either my magazine or my money back.
