I  bought a Barnes and Noble gift certificate for my son for Christmas.  After purchasing (where the money was immediately deducted from my account), I got an email informing me I would get a code in the mail within 2 weeks.  I did get a code 2 weeks later but it was invalid.  That was 3 weeks ago.  I've tried calling, they loop you to a voice mail that never gets returned.  Run from this company, I wish I had!  I had to go buy my son a gift certificate on an already tight budget, which is why I was looking for a bargain to begin with.  Shame on this company, they are stealing people's money.
