I bought a text book online through Textbooksnow.com. I had ordered the wrong one so I mailed the book back within the refund period using priority shipping.
Three weeks later I still haven't been refunded my $75. They emailed me saying my money was refunded on 8/4. It is now 8/25 and they have NOT refunded me anything.
They have also ignored my subsequent emails regarding my refund and they don't provide a phone number. Customers are forced to communicate through email only and then get ignored.
At this point I'm still emailing them and trying to get my money back. Or at least my book that I paid $75 for.
They have really cheap text books and that's why I used them. But be cautious because you may not get a refund if you have to return a book.
