I needed a school book quickly so I paid $16 extra dollars for shipping. They said it shipped yesterday, which it hasn't, it was suppose to be here today by 3pm, now they are telling me it will ship tomorrow and I will get it Thursday. Thats 6 days- not overnight. They even told me it would be here today. I think this is a scam b/c shipping and handling is free unless you want it overnighted. So they got an extra $16 out of me. It's a rental and I don't trust these guys at all. They said it is too late to cancel the order (even though the book is still in their warehouse. They said I can return it but I will have to pay the shipping. RIP OFF!!!
