Was the book from Alibris itself, or from one of the other stores? Have you asked for any proof the book was shipped? I don't know about your area, but I have definantly come home to find my packages on my doorstep. Is it possible they were left and someone took them? I have never had a problem with Alibris in several years, and love using them. My only concern is that someone will take my shipment if I am not home when it is left, which doesn't actually have anything to do with the company.
