First, I never received an email invoice from them for the order. I waited 9 days and then emailed them, to see when my order would arrive. They never responded.

I researched their company online and found many articles of service horror stories. Dozens of people never getting their orders and never being able to contact them and never getting email replies. See these 3 links:

I found 5 different emails for Flixes.com

notifications@flixes.com ;
customerservice@demtinc.com ;
customercare@flixes.com ;
aina@supportsave.com ;
customerservice@flixes.com

So I started sending them inquiry emails, once per week. I have sent 9 all together, to all 5 emails. I have never heard a thing. I have kept all these emails.

One month later, Feb 20th, I received 5 dvds with no invoice.

Then Feb 22nd, I got one more...still no invoice!

Then March 5th, I received 1 more for a total of 7 out of the 9...still no invoice.

I have emailed them 9x, to 5 addresses, all ignored! No true communication of any kind...just auto-replies. Not even an email confirmation or invoice.

The other day, I received this.

So now I had a 6th email to send complaints to. I sent an additional complaint to all 6 emails and I received these 6
autoreplies!

So how can the same emails be full and at the same time, not exist????? I know the Mary one exists because she had just sent me a message that day. The other 3 email boxes received my message but just ignored it as usual.

So now its been over 2 weeks longer since I've received anything. I don't think I would have ever received anything, if I didn't keep sending them complaints!

Isn't it unlawful to charge people and then only send product after multiple complaints, a month later? What can you do and or what can I do?

Emails are pretty worthless

Why does everyone think because email is convenient that it actually will DO ANYTHING?

Send a letter U.S. mail, return receipt, etc., and you may actually get some action.

If you send a few emails, with no results, QUIT EMAILING.

If there's no postal address to send U.S. mail to, why are you dealing with such a company anyway? If you can't find a phone number that is VALID, and an actual mailing address BEFORE dealing with a company, DON'T DO IT.

Constructive criticism

1. Superdvdmart/demt has gone through subtantial changes in the last 6 month. That include updating /changes in procedures, software, personel etc.

2. the company ships daily thousands of DVDs and other Adults items all over the world with very few complaints.

3. Many of the customers select as their prefered shippng method USPS in order to save on shipping costs. Unfortunately, USPS does not scan the goods when they pick them up and does not really track the goods until they are delivered. The company gets the tracking numbers from USPS sotware a few minutes before they are picked up. Also USPS claim that Media pack sre delivered within 8 working days where in fact it takes up to three weeks for delivery.

4. The company responds daily to every e-mail that comes in and insure their satisfaction.

5. The telephone # is 800-648-7185 9am-5pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday and the company address is 7230 coldwater canyon N. Hollywood,CA 91605 (Valley village address is for mailing only)
